How do we ship your purchases to you?
We ship all orders with via Common Carrier with a blanket wrap service, if you have a preferred shipping service you are welcome to use them, provided they are a blanket wrap service and are familiar with fragile product. All shipments are fully insured, professionally packed, and typically arrive within ten to fourteen business days of receipt of payment. Shipping charges are COD, they are not included in your invoice total. Smaller non- fragile items can be boxed and sent with UPS Ground if it is more cost-effective.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on a tariff or percentage rate of the invoice value depending on destination, Minimum shipping costs can apply to small orders. Typically shipping charges run from 10% -20% of invoice value this includes a fuel surcharge now added by most transport companies. To get an estimate please use the shipping box in the shopping cart, just enter your destination State (Canadian & International clients please call for an estimate).

A minimal wrapping Charge is also added to cover wrapping materials, depending on the products fragility, usually $25-$50 and no more than $100 for large orders.

What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every effort is made to ensure your order is well protected before being shipped, please inspect every item upon arrival, contact us immediately if damages have occurred and we will help resolve the problem.

What are our payment terms?
We accept checks, cash, all major credit cards, and wire transfers. We require payment in full before items are shipped.

What is our Privacy Policy?
We use the information you supply through this web site solely to reply to your requests. Your information is never sold or shared, and you will never receive junk e-mail ("spam") as a result of providing information through this web site. If (and only if) you choose to join our mailing list, we will occasionally send you information about new shipments, and events.

Can we send you a catalog?
As yet, we do not have a paper catalog, however we are working on creating one in the near future for our reproduction pieces. In the meantime the website contains High-Quality photos of all pieces that can be printed out or emailed to your client.

Do we offer any COM/Upholstery services?
The pieces are sold and shipped as they are shown; we currently do not offer COM services.
